WEAR PROTECTION/ANTI-ABRASIVE

1. WEAR PROTECTION RUBBER SHEET

Wear protection rubbers is available to reduce wear, limit noise emissions, and optimize conveyor system efficiency. These rubbers prevent caking, protect surfaces against corrosion.

Wear protection rubber can feature a CN contact layer on one side for super-strong bonding to steel bases. Specialty options, including oil and grease resistance, temperature resistance, food safety, and acid resistance, are available, with customizable dimensions upon request.

2. CERAMIC WEAR PAD

4. IMPACT BARS

Repair such damage with our repair material for cold repair of belts fast and efficiently, thus maintaining your conveyor belt system in good operational condition. Repair strips and diamond patches with a contact layer on one side and with or without re-enforcement are available for cold repair.

Additional information: For optimal results in the appropriate and correct cold repair of belt damage, we recommend using our repair material in combination with our high quality two-component industrial adhesives. Our well matched adhesive systems guarantee best reliability and a long running time.
